Conditions of Participation

Participation in the events is generally at your own risk. We are only liable for such damage that the user has suffered through grossly negligent or intentional behavior. Liability for damage and/or loss of objects brought along is not accepted. Any chronic or acute health impairments must be reported before the event, at the latest on site. In cases of health impairment, we reserve the right to advise against participation or to refuse it. In this case, as well as in other cases of non-participation after registration, it is at the discretion of the organizer to refund the ticket price or to rebook the participant to another event. There is no right to a refund or rebooking. Registration for the event is considered acceptance of our conditions of participation and allows further information relevant to the event to be sent to the e-mail address provided during registration.

Note on Spiritual Healing

With the judgment of the Federal Constitutional Court of March 2nd, 2004 ( reference number: 1 BVR 784/03 ), spiritual healing is permitted without a naturopathic licence naturopathic license. Spiritual healing does not replace treatment by a doctor. We make no promises of healing.
